REPAIR | PAVE | MAINTAIN

There is good news, bad news and then there are potholes.

We take potholes very seriously.  And everything else we construct with asphalt.  There are repairs that can be a part of scheduled Maintenances.  And of course some repairs are emergencies.  Making parking lots safe for your clients, tenants, customers and your staff & employees is job #1 for us.  We are service driven.

Repairs are often needed in high traffic areas.

Patching and pothole repair as part of regular Maintenance is the smart choice.
Being proactive with patching maintenance saves time and money in the long run.

Processes include remove and replace,  partial depth patching using milling machines and  infrared patching. Often a combination of these is used.
Infrared technology uses heat to blend original good asphalt with fresh new asphalt.
For seamless restoration and repair.

Great to use when disruption of traffic needs to be minimized.

Maintenance

will save you so much down the road.

Your asphalt pavement takes a lot abuse from the elements and traffic.

To ensure you get the most life out of your blacktop – we suggest to get on a regular program to maximize your pavement life to get the most return out of your investment.

Catching and repairing cracks early is your best bang for your buck in keeping your overall repair costs down year over year.

Crack sealing is a maintenance that should be performed every few years to preserve the integrity of your asphalt surface and most importantly the base beneath it.

We use the best asphalt-based pavement sealer products.
With no to low to no odor , our environmentally friendly sealcoating protects your asphalt investment.

Protect from the long-term harmful effects of the sun,  elements and traffic wear & tear. Based on the traffic that your blacktop pavement gets –  we suggest sealcoating every three to five years.
Keeping a clean, clear and well designated parking lot is key to driver and pedestrian safety.  Bright colors of the lines make everything look so much better.

If your striping and markings are faded, and the parking lot’s faded –  it’s hard to see the lines.

Paving

We are very good at it.

Whether resurfacing an existing lot, milling or reclaiming a current lot, or installing a completely new parking lot we got you covered.

An overlay adds new life to older asphalt. Giving it that brand-new appearance.

First we repair the underlying weakened asphalt. Address any drainage issues.  Then we add new asphalt layer on top of the existing surface.

Being much less expensive than new or milling & reclamation options – the difference is in how much life you want or need to get out of your pavement investment.
New Pavement

Strong surface pavement starts with a solid base.
Asphalt paving at its best.
An economical option to accomplish complete pavement replacement.
The old asphalt is removed to an appropriate depth and then  replaced with a new fresh layer of blacktop.
